Tip

On a hot summer's day, cold drinks look extra cool and inviting in frosted glasses. To frost the glasses upturn tall glass tumblers, one by one and dip the rims in a shallow container of lemon or orange juice, then still holding them upturned, press the damp rims lightly into Whitworths Caster Sugar then transfer them to the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Tip

Add frozen sugar frosted strawberries, which make natural ice cubes. To make take firm strawberries and spread them spaced apart in a shallow container. Open freeze until hard, then cover with a lid and freeze until required.
